PAYMENTS

Credit cards
We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron credit cards, supporting the card at Payway. The commissions are 0.9% and are calculated on the price of the product only.

Paypal
We accept payments via Paypal, for registered users only.
Attention: the orders paid via Paypal can not enjoy the direct withdrawal, as for security reasons Paypal requires shipping with a tracking number. The commissions are 2% and are calculated on the price of the product only.

Bank transfer
We also accept payments by bank transfer. When ordering, you can choose the option "bank transfer", and in the order summary that is sent to you by email you will find the IBAN to prepare the bank transfer.

Ordinary Postal Order - Italy only
We accept payments via Ordinary postal order (no money orders, no online money order).


SHIPMENTS


Destination
We ship throughout Italy and Europe with national express delivery.

Shipping Times
We normally ship within 5/7 working days of receiving payment on our account. In exceptional cases, shipments take place within 10-12 working days, but we will inform you about it.

Shipping fees
Our shipping and packaging costs are € 14.90, and you can insure shipping with € 3 additional. During the purchase, you will be asked to choose the type of shipping you prefer. Please note: we do not answer for any damages deriving from transport on uninsured shipments.

Delivery time
In Italy, the courier normally delivers in 24/48 hours. For particular areas and islands times may vary. For overseas, please email us at info@e-shop.it for more details on transit times.
We always send an email at the time of shipping, with a summary of the address to which we have sent and the tracking number to track the shipment.

Stocks
If the courier does not find anyone in his passage for delivery, he will leave a notification of attempted delivery. In this case, the so-called stock is opened. We will send you an email to notify you of the non-delivery, and you will have 2 days to contact the courier branch to agree on a new step (remember to always quote your tracking number). If the two days expire and you have not contacted the courier, you will be asked for the sum of € 15 as reimbursement for the live costs that the courier will charge for managing the stock.
